Day 1: Arrival at Da Nang

Once you arrive in Danang, our guide will extend a cordial greeting to you. After that, we will take you to your hotel so you may check-in and settle into your accommodation. You are free to enjoy the rest of the day as you like. In the evening our yoga master will give an introduction about the retreat schedule and staff. Dinner & overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2: Yoga and Da Nang City Tour

Early morning have your sunrise yoga session on the beach or in a tranquil garden. After that have a healthy breakfast with fresh, local produce. After that start your day exploring Da Nang by going to Han Market, a busy center of activity that sells a wide variety of items and fresh fruit. Later in the evening visit distinctive Dragon Bridge, which comes to life on weekends at 9 p.m. with a breathtaking fire-breathing show. Dinner in a local restaurant then overnight stay at the resort.

Day 3: Da Nang – Bana - Da Nang

Early morning energize yourself with Vinyasa flow or Hatha yoga session. Later have breakfast with a focus on super foods and fresh fruit. Later proceeds to Bana hills and walk across the iconic Golden Bridge, supported by giant stone hands, offering breathtaking views. Visit the vast amusement park with attractions like the Linh Ung Pagoda and French Village. You can enjoy a ride to the world’s longest cable car for stunning aerial views of the surrounding landscape on Bana hills. Dinner with a focus on relaxation and digestion-friendly dishes & overnight stay at the resort.

Day 4: Da Nang - Hoi An Town – Da Nang

This morning your yoga session will be focused on balance and flexibility. Later can have healthy breakfast. After that enjoy a picturesque drive from Da Nang to Hoi An, passing through lush countryside and coastal views. Wander through the UNESCO-listed Ancient Town with its well-preserved historical architecture, charming lantern-lit streets, and vibrant market. Later explore the Japanese Covered Bridge, admire this iconic 18th-century bridge, a symbol of Hoi An’s rich cultural heritage. Later come back to your resort have dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 5: Wellness and Relaxation

This morning you will have your dynamic yoga session or a focus on strength and endurance. Breakfast with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Later in the afternoon you can choose Spa day or wellness workshop. Options may include on direct payment basis:

      • Traditional Vietnamese massage.
      • Cooking class focusing on healthy, Vietnamese cuisine.
      • Meditation workshop or breathing techniques.

Evening free to relax or explore local market and dos shopping. Farewell dinner with and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 6: Departure

Final yoga session or meditation to ground and reflect on the retreat. After that you can have your healthy breakfast with a final gathering to share experiences and feedback. Check out and transfer to the airport. Departure from Vietnam with a sense of renewal and tranquility.
