Arrival at the Ngurah Rai International Airport. Customs requirements will be followed, and once you arrive on the island of the gods, Bali, our guide will be waiting to drive you to your planned hotel in Ubud. This area of rice fields and pristine nature is located in the heart of Bali Island. On the journey to Ubud, you can already see the various villages of Bali, each specializing in one of the many traditional crafts, such as woodwork, stone sculpture, silver goldsmith work, or painting.
Along the trip, you can begin to admire the thousands of temples that dot the country and smell the whiff of incense that pervades the entire island. Arrival at the hotel, room distribution and the remainder of the day free for your use or can visit Ubud Palace and Ubud Market. In the evening, meditation session at the hotel before exploring Ubud and its surroundings. Overnight dinner and stay at hotel. Optional: Attend a traditional Balinese dance performance for cultural enrichment.

Early morning you will be ready for your first yoga session at the hotel. After that you can have a healthy breakfast at your hotel. Later visit Explore Lempuyang temple (Gates of Heaven) the Ubud Monkey Forest for a serene walk and meditation amidst nature. Lunch at a vegetarian or vegan restaurant in Ubud. Return to your accommodation for relaxation. Attend an evening yoga class focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. Dinner at a healthy restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.

Early morning yoga or meditation session. Breakfast at your hotel. Visit Tirta Empul Temple for a spiritual cleansing experience. Lunch at a local restaurant near Tirta Empul.
Transfer to Canggu (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours by car). Check into your hotel/resort. In the evening sunset yoga session at the beachside in Canggu. Dinner at a healthy restaurant in Canggu.

Early morning beach yoga session at Echo Beach or Batu Bolong Beach. Breakfast at a beachside cafe. Relax by the beach or at your accommodation's pool. Optional: Visit local spas for a yoga retreat package or spa treatments. You can also add other leisure activities such as surfing, hiking, scuba diving, horseback riding, Balinese massage, and so on because these are the opportunities you will discover in Canggu - the seaside center of the yogi travelers with some standard and state-of-the-art yoga studios.
In the evening yoga session at your hotel or by the beachside as per your choice. Dinner at a beachfront restaurant.

Early morning yoga or meditation session to reflect on your journey. Breakfast at your hotel. Pack and prepare for departure. Last-minute shopping or souvenir hunting in Canggu.
Proceed to the airport for your trip out of Bali. Today is the final day of our yoga retreat in Bali. Depending on the time of your flight and the finish of your program activities, we will pick you up and take you to the airport. Thank you very much for your wonderful time with us. The tour concludes with wonderful recollections.
